Fresh ingredients are lovingly nurtured and picked by hand. We love to source the vegetables and herbs for our dishes directly from our #HeimspitzGROWerei – the loving name of our vegetable and herb garden. From garden to table.

Everything we cannot grow ourselves is sourced from local partners who have dedicated themselves to sustainability and preserving nature.

Take a seat for savouring Alpine cuisine. Every evening we indulge you with a 5-course menu as part of our Chef's Table. Both external guests and house guests can enjoy the freshly prepared creations - regional and seasonal.

Since tastes are known to vary, there is naturally a fine selection of soup, main course, and dessert. And if nothing suits your taste, we will find a solution. We aim to accommodate your meal requirements if the options available are not to your taste.

Staying at the Heimspitze you will soon find out about our dinner ritual, which has been executed every evening for decades now. Our regular guests are all looking forward to this special delight and could not imagine a Heimspitz dinner without it.

When the mouth-watering “Brötle” with different spreads is served, it is time for the men to spoil their ladies with the typical Heimspitz-Brötle.

Traditional Schnitzel

The “Schnitzeltag” on Mondays is a beloved and well-known tradition at the Heimspitze. Our kitchen team has the day off. Christian is in the kitchen, expertly pounding the veal and traditionally frying the Schnitzels in clarified butter, while Amélie pampers the guests with friendly service.

At 6:30 pm, the starting signal is given for the typical Austrian 3-course menu with soup, Wiener Schnitzel made from veal, house-style potato salad, and dessert.

Alpine Culinary Chronicles

The gala menu on Thursday offers culinary delights at 6.30 pm. Miro Marić and his team select the finest ingredients, the flavours are delicately emphasized and highlighted in the dishes served. Embark on a culinary journey in multiple courses, true to our motto: #eatBETTER.

Of course, we are happy to offer the perfect wine or non-alcoholic pairing to accompany your meal. Let yourself be pampered!
