Not all the ingredients for our dishes come from our own garden. Some are sourced locally from suppliers and farmers in the region. The Montafon offers many treats for your palate. But as not everything grows at an altitude of 1,500 metres, we also buy products from somewhere else. Always focusing on high quality and sustainable production. Authentic, healthy and fresh.
